City Youth Outreach Ministries exists to guide young people away from drugs, alcohol, negative influences, and gangs by grounding them in the truth and hope of the Bible. We are dedicated to fostering positive life choices, building strong character, and empowering youth to thrive as valuable members of our community.
Jeff Ross, President of City Youth Outreach Ministries, brings over 25 years of ministry experience, beginning in Spokane, Washington, and continuing through Fresno, California, and Oceanside, California. Ordained as a Pastor, Jeff has dedicated his life to sharing the message of Jesus Christ and equipping youth to become faithful followers of Him. With a deep burden for evangelism, his passion is to reach youth with the gospel, foster spiritual transformation, and mobilize the next generation to live out their faith with purpose and conviction
Linda Staehr serves as Vice President of City Youth Outreach Ministries, bringing a deep passion for evangelism and a heartfelt commitment to reaching youth with the message of Jesus Christ. She is actively engaged in Bible studies and church life and is driven by a desire to see the Gospel advanced throughout the community. With a background in the corporate world, Linda offers a unique and valuable perspective that strengthens organizational leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence, supporting the mission with both faith and professional insight
Les Wolfley serves as Treasurer of City Youth Outreach Ministries and is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the state of Washington with over 40 years of professional experience. A faithful follower of Christ, Les brings both financial expertise and spiritual commitment to his role, ensuring strong stewardship and accountability. He has a deep passion for youth outreach and discipleship, along with a strong interest in theology and biblical truth. He desires to leave a lasting footprint on this generation by helping equip and support ministries that faithfully advance the Gospel.
